Evolution of Keys Fitness Center

In the Beginning...

Twenty years ago, Nautilus Health & Fitness, which is now known as Keys Fitness Center, started as a private workout facility.  There was nothing fancy about this facility considering it had one back door entrance.  The facility was 1200 square feet: one type of machine for each body part and limited cardiovascular machines.  This was a place for people who didn't like crowds.

The last two years Keys Fitness has grown to be the largest and most modern workout facility in the Florida Keys.  It has the latest, cutting-edge technology in workout equipment and supplements.  Personal trainers are available to spice up those dull, boring routines.

The evolution of a small, private facility has evolved into a truly state-of-the-art workout arena and has something to offer everybody.
